I had a lorex mc6945 ripped off its wall mount, wires torn.
My problem is now i have 5 wires exposed and no clue to fix
I have 2 red,2 black and 1 yellow.
Im guessing..yellow for vid,1 red for power ,2grnd wires,1 for the vid an
1for the power/ ..pos + / neg -....
Probliem is i'm only guessing an dont want to short it out ...
Please help
The power is the only part you would damage something. You will need a multi-meter to test for power. the red and black are most likely positive and negative. If those cables are PNP and they ripped the ends off they will need to be replaced. You can't crimp new connectors on the cable type. If you have coax you can.
