If I am a registered user for the CCTV at my sons daycare is there a way to access Web Service 2.0 from a mobile phone? The daycare has no idea how to do it they only know how to walk me through setting it up on a PC. Confused

You can try our Mobil app TechproSS lite. The app uses port 37777 by default. The port you use with internet explorer does not work on app so you know. If the app give you any errors let me know what they are so hopefully we can fix them.

Just in addition...

Use techpross Lite for iPhone and GDMSS Lite for android. The HD Lite versions are for tablets only!!

Never mind I think I just figured it out. The default port was set to 27777 so I changed it to 37777.

I am getting an error saying that the user does not exist. This maybe because the daycare cancelled the user id since I said I couldn't access the webpage. I will get with them to see if that it the case.

Thank you so much for your help!

It worked! Thanks.

I just have one more question.....how can I log out of it? My husband would like to view the cameras as well on his phone and since I am logged in all the time it doesn't allow him to log in as well with the same user name.

Instead of logging out, you should go to the accounts page in the menu and set that account to "reusable". That will make to where both you and your husband can log into it at the same time with the same user name. Thanks.

I recommend that every person have their own admin account.  The admin/admin account should never be used, and left as a backup troubleshooting account.  Any account can be deleted except the admin/admin account, so if you ever have a problem, you can delete and recreate any account.

I am sorry I not that techy so I have having trouble locating where I can set the account to 'reusable' on the app also where can I locate the admin account?

The picture quality looks fuzzy is that because of my wifi speed or is there a way to clear it up?

Thanks again for everyone's help.

The reusable check box is inside the account option at the DVR/NVR. As for the fuzzy you are looking at the lower quality stream by default on the app. You can pull the main stream but you it may not be fluid as it requires more data being transmitted at one time.
