Hi!

I tried to acess my dvr from outside network by get in WEB SERVICE but nothing to pop up let me enter username and password,  just blank page. I use window 10, any helps please?

What browser are you utilizing and the version?

I saw your other post. When viewing your recorder on Internet Explorer you must use the http port if its port 80 you do not need to input anything if yours is (90) then you must use a ( : ) then the port . 

So your address should be http://h3635.dyndns.org:90
