The problem is that whenever I try to login to the 32 Channel NVR with built in 16 channel POE from my Samsung Galaxy S4 using the TechproSS Lite app, it keeps saying "Login Timed out" and if i keep trying it then locks the user saying "User Blocked" I am using the Admin account and i am on the same LAN as the NVR. 

I can access the NVR from a web browser on my computer but it just wont work on my phone, I tried calling support but the guy was a puzzled and told me to purchase the Plus version of the software to get it to work, that in turn led me to more problems, i cannot find it on Google play by searching for it but when i goggled it however, that's when i find and follow the link right back to Google Play store, When i now try to purchase it, its saying that the software is not compatible with my Galaxy S4.

Please help, I don't understand why the software which was supposed to work with the hardware i purchased is not working, to top it off I have to pay for a pro version to get it to work (Which i am willing to do but i think its ridiculous) and make matters worse, Google is saying it is not compatible with my device when it obviously is, plus its nearly impossible to find it on the Google play store.

Sorry to hear you are having this issue. This is very uncomment to happen specially when you have access to the unit from the web. can you please tell me how are you typing the username and password? Also please PM me the external address if the unit is accessible for the web also the username and password so we can tested here.
