So just purchased a PENDVR-EL16C4K-XI after our old unit died. Set up my admin user, and a 2nd base user with only monitor and playback allowed. Used the same ip address and port as the old setup and I'm able to log in and view on both Android and Iphone apps with the base user account. However when trying to setup on the Smart PSS software I'm getting mixed results. On one windows 7 machine it says its logged in, but when you go to populate the sub stream shows 0kb. Another computer just shows locked when entering the password. When logging in on my windows 10 laptop and using the same account it works just fine. The dvr is set to allow up to 128 connections. I did not see an option to allow the user to be reusable or not as I've seen on some other interfaces. Am I missing something?

Older recorders had many settings that now are defaulted into the firmware and others removed. In this case, if you are using Smart PSS ver 2.0 and can see the settings with this user its a matter of permissions and not a reusable issue as any user added is reusable.

So the issue isn't with the user permissions. I'm able to log in on the mobile app, and on ver. 1.13.  We have 2 other dvr's that we view on a tv at the same time that used to work with the ver 1.10 install, but now the 1.10 ver see's the older 2 dvr, and will let me log in to the new one but when opening the feed it says its loading but never shows the picture. If you use vr 1.13 everything works as intended. The newer version 2.0 doesn't allow for me to view multiple feeds at the same time like the old one did unless I'm not seeing something.

The current issue I'm having is the installer for 1.13 isn't showing the full screen during instillation process on a windows 7 laptop. Any thoughts on how to get the installer to show the  un cropped instillation screen, or on how to view multiple feeds on ver2.0 ( we have 2 16 camera systems and 1 5 camera system that we view on. as shown in the attachment)
