I just upgraded TechProSS Lite from the Google store and have the following issues:
1. Each camera in the Live Preview has a reddish pink color. The cameras work properly. That is they display focused area but the display has a reddish tint.
2. The Device List now has two additional items labeled as 0Channel-0 and 0Channel-1. When selected these items only display a black screen. These items weren't added by me.
My TechProSS lite version is 3.23.0100.
Thus, how do I get rid of the reddish tint and the unexplained extra items in my device list?

Hello Bob, If you getting the reddish color it can be the resolution settings in the DVR check to see if the sub/extra streams resolution is set to the highest setting, also channel 0 is used for swipe views its normal for being there. if your still having the issues after the configuration feel free to give us a call at 866-578-8878 have a great day.

I did call tech support. They could not recreate the problem on their end. So, I just started to "tinker" with the android app and stumbled upon the fix for this issue. I changed the video mode setting in the Local config area from High performance to Compatible which eliminated the reddish pink tint.
