I am able to get IE and Firefox working over p2p but the iphone app does not seem to work.  What is the next step?

Childert, 

What DVR/NVR do you have? What is the firmware version it is running along with the version build date? A picture of the back of the DVR/NVR would be really helpful as well. What iPhone are you using?

The Iphone is a 6+ and the DVR is the 16 Channel Mini Series HD-CVI / IP / CCTV DVR [#DVR-CVI16480M-DH-V2] purchased 6/2015

System Version:   I can get a pic of the back if you need it but I am not home to do it right now.

For the 6+, make sure to use the iDMSS Lite app. We just tested it and it seemed t work. It was n ot working with the TechProSS.
