Please post the code for the runas that you created. I do recollect that with W8,8.1 and W!0 I saw an issue with this type of scenario here at one of our workstations. Please let me know what is the OS , architecture and the version of Smart PSS so that I can recreate the issue here with a VM and give you a solution.
