Had to set up remote viewing of my latest install with Easy4IP because of an uncooperative ISP.
I am having trouble getting the Elite NVR to work with SmartPSS. I add it using the P2P dialogue and it finally did get the info, (Grayed out boxes on the bottom of that window where you enter the S/N were filled in... and I can see all of my camera's (list) in "Live view" however when I try to take it online SmartPSS reports "Offline" (Cannot find network host". Also, whenever I go to the edit screen for that device, the pull down menu is set back to IP / Domain instead of S/N like I had it set to when I last saved it.
Any idea's?
