I have used TechProSS Lite and SmartPSS for many years and recently one of my camera views disappeared from view. I still have the view on the local monitor.
Not sure what has changed... I don't remember changing anything in the DVR setup.
DVR is a TRIDVR-ELE8M and the camera missing from remote view is a IPOB-EL2IREW. The camera is on CH 7 on the DVR.
As stated, has always worked on both platforms until the last week. I have not reset the DVR, but I did cycle power to the camera.
Please advise...

At first, I would have checked the connections on this Wireless Camera but since you explain that you can see it locally and not on the Smart PSS software. I strongly suggest getting in touch with us to check the recorder firmware and the camera while we are on your network.
