I have 2 issues.

1. Can this camera be controlled(PTZ) by the mouse on screen through the DVR or web interface without clicking on the PTZ arrows?

2. I can not control the PTZ on my android phone.

You can use the PTZ trace option. That will allow you to not have to use the arrows. As for the phone you should be able to. can call in or use chat support so I can log in and check it out?

Ok, web browser works fine now, DVR is backwards on controls, phone works intermittently.

The network lag on the cell phones is unavoidable. Sure they say you have a data plan but they never give you good download speeds. I have sprint with unlimited data and I can tell you it is definitely not unlimited unless I'm connected wifi to someone's network.

Thanks, why would the DVR controls be backwards. The web browser and phone are correct.

That is a first for me. I would reboot the dvr see what happens. We may need to do a factory reset on it so I would need you to call in or chat to do that.
