I am noticing on my customers Ipads that sometimes I am getting an out of memory error and video is shut down or does not display. Iset up two ipads over the weekend and got this error a coupleof times. The video eventually came up, but im not sure if video will come up when im not around. Is there a reason for this that I can fix when I install the app?
This generally occurs when there are too many programs running. It can also occur when too many cameras at a high resolution are being streamed.
You can double tap the home button on the iPad and this will show all your active programs. Once this has been done you will be able to slide the programs upward causing them to fully shut down. If you have an old OS, then the program might just shake with an x on the upper right corner.
