I have a few people that have left our company that had IDMSS lite on their phones with our security cameras. Is there a way I can change some passwords in PSS so they no longer have remote access to our cameras?
Hi,
Yes you can change your passwords. It is always best to set username and passwords for multiple users, this way you can manage what they have access to as opposed to giving them the Admin password.

If you change the password of the DVR/NVR and they are trying to log in with their phone with the incorrect password you will have a world of problems. This will lock that username over and over again. The best thing for you to do is to change the IP address of the system and then change the username and password, but make sure everyone you give access too deletes it from their phone then re adds it with new password.
Hi.. How to change Password on Mobile for IDMSS Lite on IPhone.. Is there a way to change Password on IPhone or do I have to physically be infront of the DVR Recorder to change password?
Im a bit confused because my IPhone is showing Port: 3777, Username: Admin Password: **** but it does not show anywhere with Current Password, New Password, Change Password..
