Cant find Sibell Mobile on Apple app store

why cant you go to the Apple app store and search for Sibell mobile. I installed a Sibell DVR yesterday and the customer has 2 iphones and ipad and all devices when you go to the app store and search for Sibell mobile you will not find the app. If you click the link for you web site it will take you there but only if you click the link. after you install the app you can go to the app store and search for it and find it.

I came to my office after and on my ipad I could not find it by going to the app store.

I was wanting to know why I cant just go to the app store and search and find the app

I want to be able to tell customers that have Iphones and Ipad to just go to the app store and search for Sibell mobile and Install can you advise me on why I cant do that Please Thanks

Good Morning, 

I went around the office and checked on 2 different iPhones, 5s and 6+, and both of them found the app in the app store. Also, neither of which ever had the app installed previously. 

Have you tried searching for only Sibell? I was able to find it searching for Sibell and Sibell Mobile.

When we installed the system 2 iPhones and 1 iPad could not find it be searching for Sibell and Sibell mobile. At my office I have 10 mac I have a iPhone and I pad and could not find. At my house I have mac nothing - my son iPhone could not find. So I need some one to tell me what Im doing wrong. I have been using mac and downloading app for years. I am typing this on a mac and I just went to the app store and search nothing. please advice.

I just tried it from another iPhone that has never had the app installed and it found it both ways "Sibell" and "Sibell Mobile".

I will have a video made for you from a phone that has never installed this app before, I'm not sure what else I can do. I'm not saying your not seeing what your seeing, I'm saying I do not see the same issue. Also no other customer has reported this as an issue, if this was related to the application we would have had an issue right out of the gate with every customer.

hello Heath thanks for all the replys. Im not sure what im doing wrong then. I mean its pretty simple go to the app store and search.

I have a ipad at my office right now and can not find it. i search for sibell and sibell mobile. I can find any other app including TechproSS HD for iPad, So if you could i want to facetime with you on my IPhone next week  and you watch me search for it. please send me a day and number that that you can be reached at and i will let you watch me search for it. and you can advise me where and how to find.

Please ensure that you have selected the correct selection. iPhone Only should be selected in order to see the apps or simply select All. 

You can also click on this link from your iPad to download the Sibell Mobile IOS App.

hello Jose Thanks for the reply Yes be default my iPad was set for IPad apps only I switched to search for iPhone app and found thats so must for all the support
