Hello guys, i just bought a nvr 7432-16p with ipc-hd2011. the problem i,m having is that i can not see the camera in 9,16,25,32 camera Channel view mode , but i can see the camera when i enlarge it to single view mode (full screen) or 8,4 view. in the Remote View i dont have any problem and can see the camera in 16 Channel view just fine. by the way i did try doing the default settings. please Help.

Hi, 

 

Please check to see if the sub stream is enable on each of the cameras under encode. This can be accomplished by logging in to the camera or NVR and go to encode and see if the checkbox for sub stream is enable. Also I will check to see if the NVR currently supports the resolution of the camera.

Thanks Jesus it worked. the audio/video was unchecked under encode.
