So once again all of the cameras have the same firmware. Like you said you have 2 different types of cameras.

Quick question. I noticed that cam 4 has a newer firmware and the other 3 do not. Is it possible to disconnect the 3 cameras with the older firmware and test and leave the camera with the newer firmware connected and see if the time changes?

So please tested with that one and let us know. Also I know this might sound weird but is it possible that you can test this without the Drives plugged in? Based on the pictures you sent me of the board the one of the drives is a green label one which is the number 1 for causing issues with CCTV recorders for a while. I know you might think this is nothing to do with it but it possible that the drives could be sending a bad command to the software, I have seen some pretty crazy things with this drives for the past 5 Years.
