Just bought a new NVR camera system (2nd one from SCK) and am liking it so far.  However, I needed to download a video proving a delivery truck came to my front door.

Backup only allows AVI files and "Private" viewing files to download. The private route is some cheap Chinese viewing software that is pretty much worthless.  The AVI files will not open on my computer because it says "This file isn't playable. That might be because the file type is unsupported, the file extension is incorrect, or the file is corrupt."  I've attempted this 3 times and even formatted the thumb drive before backup.

Please help.  This system is useless to me if I can't give cops a video.
