Just started happening this morning. It looks like a google chrome update is to blame. I have browsers that were left open and they are fine but if your browser updates this morning you will have problems. Not sure of a work around yet.

While Chrome does work with some of our newer DVRs and NVRs, it is unsupported. You can try deleting the webrec folder in Program Files so that the plugin is reinstalled. Also, you can use Internet Explorer until there is a resolution. Smart PSS is the best option for viewing cameras and playback.

You may be able to utilize a Google Chrome Extension called IE Tab.
It will utilize the IE Active X controls for just that one tab keep in mind that all the setting on your IE Browser must be set properly for this to function.
