Our device has suddenly stopped wanting to record over old footage.  Has toggled all the applicable settings on and off in hopes of a quick fix to no success.  I would like to next update the firmware to the latest version.  Can someone please send to me.  System info:

What is the model of the recorder? Also, please keep in mind that this recorder seems to be 2 years old, you may have a faulty drive.
