We had to update our firmware recently because of a security issue, and now I cannot seem to find the Face Detection section for our cameras.
We have some workers in an area we had previously turned on Face Detection, and we are now receiving an email every 30 seconds or so. I have gone through and disabled all motion detection for that camera, but still receive constant Face Detect and Face Detect Cleared emails. How can I turn these off?
Also, when I go to Info>Version, everything is blank. The firmware that was installed was General_NVR6XX-4K_Eng_V3.210.0002.0.R.150702.BIN

I do want emails for the contact alarm trips, and will eventually want to turn the face recognition back on, once the workers are done in that area. I just need to temporarily disable the face detection for that one camera, while leaving the rest of the emails working.
Also, the emails are not including a snapshot from the selected camera when any alarm is triggered. Is there another step I need to take besides checking the snapshot box and selecting the camera that I want the snapshot from?

Do you mean disable ALL emails from the system, or just the emails from that specific camera? I had already gone to Event>Video Detect> and disabled Motion Detection on Camera 2 (the one that was causing the issue). But it continued to send me the Face Detect emails. The only way to make it stop was to disable ALL email from the system, which is not an acceptable solution.
As for the snapshots, "attachment" was already selected under email. But I do not receive any attachments for any notifications. I can't select "attachment" under facial detect, since I don't have a facial detect section any more...
I would have to access this system to see the settings. There must be a way under face detect to turn off email notifications. If it is accessible remotely, PM me with the IP, HTTP port, and log in info.
Go under storage, record, and make sure snapshot is turned on for those channels you need.
