Hey guys,
Not certain if I needed to start a new topic or not but I posted this a few days ago as a response to an old topic. Anyway I am having issues getting emails out from the NVR Federal Hybrid 16. I am receiving only "test email failed". I have tried a google acct and a hotmail acct. My IP is not listed on the blacklist site.

encryption: SSL
I have tried TLS encryption as well and Health checked and unchecked.
Can you explain the DNS settings? Are you talking about the DNS settings on my router or in the NVR under DDNS?
I'm not certain what else could be going on?

POP server: pop3.live.com
POP server port: 995
POP SSL required? Yes
User name: Your Windows Live ID, for example yourname@hotmail.com
Password: The password you usually use to sign in to Hotmail or Windows Live
SMTP server: smtp.live.com
