cant get the pic to upload.
this is sad.
the pic is in the file queue
but the start button does nothing.
Is this where I"m supposed to get a link to a photo in cloud then put it in forums?
Not gonna happen.
Why are the simplest things so difficult? i just want to up load a pic without boiling my blood pressure!

It seems that there are some issues with some functions here. I will have the site admin review and correct any problems. In the mean time you can send the pic to tech@techprosecurity.com

After many attempts to view NVR from PSS and changing every number and cables in the NVR world. Still no success. I think the problem may be in the other settings for network in the NVR. But I can view the NVR on smartphone internally which doesn't make sense. PSS should work. Will call Techpro on Monday Jan 19th 2015.
Problem not solved yet.
PS NVR fan is loud. Is that normal on NVR-ELM-8-POE-8-DH ?
Plus still can not upload pic to forum.

I'm having this exact same issue with a brand new 8 port NVR-ELM-8-POE-8-DH. I can connect to it via a browser using the web port and I can connect via my phone app (gDMSS) using the TCP port but using the PSS version 4.06 on 3 different computers results in the "Verifying insurance is failful" message. I'm very confident that everything is configured properly or at least that my networking, etc. is correct. I've got about 15 different systems that work fine. This newly installed unit is the only one I can't connect to using PSS. ??
