Hello,
I am using multiple 32-channel Sibell HD NVR's purchased a couple years ago. I had 2 running independently of each other, and went in to replace one of them by switching all of the cameras over (ran out of storage space). The original 2 I had running have been working fine for awhile now. The other 1 I was bringing in was previously working fine at another location. After plugging it in and turning it on, after the initial Sibell 'Experience Clarity' graphic, the screen was black for about 30 seconds then only showed a black screen with the date/time at the bottom, and a 1 in the bottom-right corner (see attached image).
I also ended up rebooting the 2 NVR's I already had working there (I forget why now) and there were doing the same thing after rebooting. I rebooted each a couple more times, and the problem kept happening.
Any ideas why this would be happening? I got no response from moving around the mouse/clicking/pressing buttons on the NVR. It also did not go away after over an hour. The NVR's are plugged into battery backups, but there should still be plenty of power. Also, the lights for 'HDD' and 'Rec' are still on on the original NVRs, even though I can't actually access footage. Thank you for any advice.
What is the model of the recorder? If this recorder has two HDMI ouputs please try the other one. This seems to be the second display.
