Can you tell me the computer your using and operating system and OS type 32 or 64 bit? Also what version of internet explorer are you using? If you are not using IE you should be in 32-bit as admin. Download unsigned active X controls must be set to prompt. If you have IE 11 you need to add the ip address to the compatibility view settings, and always have IE set to enable protected mode. Keep me posted if that does not work for you.

I am using win 7 64bit. IE11Download unsigned active X controls is set to prompt, protected mode is enabled, compatibility view button does not appears in the address bar. The page title does say WEB SERVICE but the screen just a blank white. I have also tried firefox browser and still cannot access the web interface
