The front power and HDD lights are lit up but no other lights.  In the back, there's a power cable and a cat 5 cable but nothing else plugged in.  Anyone have a clue of what I should start looking at?

Turn the NVR off and back on. Listen for a beep. If it has a HDD inside there should be 1 to 5 beeps. If there is no drive it will never stop beeping. If the DVR never beeps it is not completing the boot process. In that case we need to take the HDD(s) out and then find the one causing the problem.

Didn't hear any beeps so i'm gonna replace the HDD. maybe a power surge fried them.  Thank you
