Hey Guys, I have an NVR that we recently installed about a month ago. Last night the customer called us and said that he could not see his cameras. We were able to access the NVR but the NVR was not picking up any of the 12 cameras. All 12 cameras are plugged into the PoE switch on the NVR and they were all set to static addresses. I tried last night, with no luck, and again this morning. I had the customer unplug the unit for a couple of hours this morning and still no luck. version 2.616.0000.0. This unit is a couple of hundred miles away.
Hi,
Did you remove the cameras and install them on the Network taking out the PoE out of the mix?
