Hi Im Brent 

I have a hybrid set up in my store with 14 analog and 4 network cameras.   I can view remotely but every day or every other day my outside ip address changes.  How can i keep this from happening.  I have to travel back to location to get on wifi and go to canyouseeme.org to receive new ip.  please help

You might want to check on getting a DDNS account. You can speak to one of our Techs to get all the information as well as assisting you with configuring your recorder to the DDNS Service. 866 573 8878 Option 3.
