can i use and app to view my NVR or do i have to use the one provided in my packaging? ( Guarding Expert)

seems like anything i download freom the app store does not work.

For IOS and Android the Guarding Expert is the application that must be used. You also have to open ports on your router to access the recorder outside of your Home/Office network. Give us a call and we can assist you on opening the ports We will be open once again on Monday. Sorry for the Delay as we are going through the Hurricane Mathew here in Florida. 866 573-8878 option 3 for Tech Support.
