Can someone tell me if this IP camera will work on my Sibell QDVR-SBE16M

I have three of these FDT 7902 IP cameras set up (wired) and can view them here at home and remotely. They are working and I have the correct ports open

I am attaching the specs, my IP address settings, a photo of the camera and a pic of the camera (s) working at night

I have checked the videos and tried everything I can think of but they will not come on line (I am using the DVR for settings instead of the Sibell remote program)

Please let me know what I can do to make them work

This camera supports dual video streams, H264 main / baseline profile, ans ONVIF
