When room is dark, the camera turns the IR on then off about every 4-5 seconds.

This is a IPOB-TP2MPIR150L2812-B camera, I just connected this camera today. When the camera is in a completely dark room, the IR illumination will turn on for about 3 seconds (great night vision image BTW) then will turn off for about 2-3 seconds.  This cycle repeats.    Is this a configuration issue or is the camera defective?

Hello all you have to do is configure the WDR to fix the issue you may have to adjust some other settings in that page to adapt to your envornment, hope this helps have a great weekend.
