One of my IPOB-EL1MPIR50 bullet cams stopped working recently. Cycling power and/or resetting doesn't work.

I can see it using the Config Tool. The IP address, subnet and gateway all read 0.0.0.0 though and I can't log in.

It is powered through POE and appears to be getting power (IR works and I the config tool finds it).

Is this IP camera broken? Can it be salvaged?

Can you please try and see if this is a possible cabling issue? Have you already tried to swap the cable? if not, please do so. 

Also, instead of POE see if the camera will power via 12v DC and then plug it into your router directly. See what happens with the config tool then. Thank You.

Some of the IP cameras have reset buttons inside. You may have to do a hard reset to recover the camera.
