I have fifteen of these TP cameras now and they have been great except for one. It is always too bright...It does have reflection from table lamps, but I was hoping to be able to compensate using WDR. Even compared to other cameras of the same model with similar lighting conditions it is over bright and when I attempt to use the Iris correction function under maintenance it gives an error message.
I think there is something wrong with the camera...Please help

If you log into the camera and open up camera set > HD Schedule> that first period should be set to motion. Even if you are not recording motion this will correct the over brightness issue. Let me know how it goes. Thanks.
