I am having troubles with a camera syncing to our internal time server.
The camera is the EL3IR100ML-D2 zoom camera. The time is behind about 10 min and 5 second. I have several EL1MPIR50-E cameras that have the same NTP settings and they are all right on.
I am not using a NVR server.
Any thoughts?
Nick
Please post the version and build date of the camera. I can verify if it has the current firmware installed. We can perform an upgrade and test afterwards to see if its resolved. In some cases its an issue with how the packets are handled within the network where the camera resides.

Software version: 2.420.0000.0.R
Build: 2014-08-21
Web Version: 3.2.4.213946
ONVIF Version: 2.4.1
Yesterday I synced it to the computer time I was using to view the settings and it was right on...but then at some point it flipped back to 10 min behind.
I do have a spare that is the same model. I will boot that up to see if the version is the same and if the time on that one is off 10 minutes as well.
Thanks for checking.
Nick
The Model of the camera is missing the part that designates if its a Buller or Dome. Please post the full model of the camera.
