Hi all,
Just wondering if I have the correct and latest firmware for my system
CURRENT
System: 2.610.GV00.0
Build date: 12-20-2013
WEB: 2.1.7.72
Tried to update to this version (From Gen4)
General_NVR5xxx_Eng_PN_V2.616.0000.0.R.20150316
But it said failed !!
Need the update as added new camera that is not working.... told to upgrade....

Unfortunately, due to this recorder not being purchased through us, you will need to contact the Company that Supplied you with the recorder in order to obtain the correct firmware.
