Hi ,

My new Security Camera King IPPTZ-EL2MPIR250L20X  does not switch on the auto ir lights at night. When I turn off the surge protect,r then reset it, it goes through its reset motion and the ir lights do briefly light. 

Is there some way you can check the camera from your end?
