Hi,

It has to be compatible with NVR-ELM-8-POE-8-DH which I bought from you. I don't want an ONVIF only camera. It needs to be a unit I can use with the 192-168 X X scheme. Please make a couple of recommendations. The wider lens the better. The old bullet I bought from you stopped working. I tried to reset, but its dead. It had a 2.8 lens which was perfect

This is our motorized 3mp its elite just like your 2mp was and its actually a little less than what you spend on the 2mp originally. It is adjustable down to 2.8mm or narrow up to 12mm and is adjustable from the recorder.

So any Elite ip camera will work with my NVR without resorting to ONVIF for networking reasons?

Yes, if you have an Elite recorder, any Elite IP camera will work without ONVIF. If you stick series to series, they will use their own private protocols as they come from the same factory.
