I have an NVR-ELT-16, a IPOB-TP2MPIR150L2812-B camera and 2 IPOB-TP2MPIR50-W cameras. I have enabled the Motion Detection in each camera and set the area in each camera individually. I have the NVR schedule set to All Days and All Channels to record on Motion Detection. It was working like this before but recently when I reconnected the 2 bullet cams it stopped working and I haven't been able to get it to activate again since. I've tried rebooting and restoring all devices (NVR and Cams) and reset all the options. I even changed the IPs just in case it was a glitch but nothing seems to be working. When I view the cameras via their IPs in a browser it shows that it is detecting motion but the NVR never activates. This is at a customer site and I don't have their ddns set up yet but I can dial into their computer to make changes. Please help!

Hello,

The best way to approach this will be you on the site with the issue and us login in to the computer to figure this out. Is there a way you could give us a call this week from 9-6pm EST?

I can't get up there during the week unfortunately. Also their internet is through wildblue so the connection speed leaves something to be desired. I can access it myself or I can allow you to access their system through teamviewer. Sorry I didn't respond sooner I forgot to subscribe to this post so I never saw your reply.

Ok, scratch all that. I just logged into their computer and since I left it alone it seems to be picking up motion and recording. It would not do it while I was there but now it is. Now I just need them to upgrade to exede so the connection will work. The only function I seem to be having an issue with now is the search function. I ran IE as administrator, and I can access all the other functions just not that one. I was able to get it to work on the local computer but not on my machine using the ddns login.

Good morning, try going to your program folder and delete the webrec folder and then make sure you have the download unassigned activex setting to prompt and add the IP address of the DVR/NVR to the comparably view. You already know if you have a 64bit PC then run 32 bit IE as administrator. Hope this helps have a great day. Remember to check back with us during holidays for special promotions.
