I'm using the recommended software to find IP Camera Model IPVD-SB5IRZA and it doesn't find the camera. Connected via POE, has never been used before and it's registering an IP on the correct network, but doesn't seem to want to ping in cmd.
Manual says it defaults to 192.168.266.201, but it looks like DHCP is on and it's reistering 192.168.0.28 on my .0. subnet.
trying to connect to the default .266. subnet doesn't get anything and trying to connect to .0. gets me a "192.168.0.28 refused to connect" error. I tried using ports :80, 8000 and 9008 but still nothing.
Any suggestions?

Please take a look at this video. this video goes into detail on how to edit your cameras ip or recorders IP address. Be sure to check if the IP address that you are programming it to is available to prevent an IP conflict.
