 Is there a way to adjust the focus on this camera. One camera I have is crystal clear. The new one I just installed is not quite right. I adjusted the camera by logging into the web interface and used the focus on the software, but it has to be all the way - (negative) and it still needs to go more.

Is it possible that something is restricting the movement?  Are you saying it does not auto focus when you zoom?

The cameras auto focus works with the zoom. The problem is the focus is off just a bit no matter what the zoom is at. It seems to be at its limit and can not reach a clear focus.
