In the past I've worked with other TP model cameras and have had trouble getting motion detection to work.  In fact, it does not work consistently.  I now have two IPOB-TP2MPIR150L2812-B cameras and am having the same issue.  I'm just about to give up on any TP model camera working with motion detection.  It just appears that this feature will not work with these TP modles and if you do get it working it won't continue working for very long.
