I have four 3 Megapixel IP Network IR Vandal Dome (IPVD-EL3IRS) cameras, a 3MP Network IP Motorized Varifocal Vandal Dome Security Camera (IPVD-EL3MP100ML2812) and a 4MP Elite Series IP Network Bullet Camera with 2.8mm Lens (IPOB-ELE4IR28) camera connected to an 8 Channel Elite Series Tiny NVR with 8 POE (NVR-ELE8T-P). With the exception of each of the cameras' night views, the cameras have great views. The grass and shrubs look white at night on each of the cameras. How can this issue be corrected? I've contacted technical support the last two days. Changes were made but the problems haven't been corrected.
At night the IR cut filter kicks in and the IR LED's illuminate the area with Infrared light. Your image will look black and white and any reflection will be seen as white. This is normal and cannot be changed unless you reposition the camera so that it does not see the reflected IR light.
Please post your image.
