Hey Guys,

I have a cam that looks great during the day but at night, the IR constantly flashes off/on...cycling probably twice per second. As you can imagine, its very annoying and renders the cam useless at night.  Any thoughts on what could be causing this?  Have done the reset thing with no luck...have 8 other of the same model in my current config, only one doing this...just started out of the blue...

Good day have you checked the anti flicker settings? Also what is the power supply being used volts and amps?

The cam is on POE...I even tried a different, brand new switch, no luck...will take your advice and create a ticket.
