Hi Adam,
With the IPVD-EL8IR You have 2 axis. X & Y , Remove the Vandall Dome, this exposes the camera module. Here you can adjust the elevation and its azimuth. Adjust accordingly then installt he vandall dome back to the camera ensuring the screws are hand tight for weather resistance.
