1. Loosen up all three screws along the face of the camera to remove the globe.

2. Remove the foam insert.

3. Remove two small philips screws that hold the cameras shroud in place and remove shroud taking into consideration the shrowds position as it fits in one direction only. 

4. Place your shroud and screws to the side, ensuring not to lose the small screws. 

5. While the camera is powered, press and hold the "SW" button for 10-15 seconds to reset the camera. Once the camera has come back online you can use the Config Tool as well as using the Default password admin/admin.
