Hello,

Sometimes customers have a well exposed area such as a night club that they want the camera to stay in color mode without the IR turning on. 

In this example I am going to show you how to disable the IR and turn the camera into color mode.

First you are going to have to access the web interface of the camera with Internet Explorer.

Then go to Camera/Conditions. Once here you will want to turn off the "IR Light" for each profile.

Then go to "Day Night" and change each profile to "color". Please see the below pictures for reference.
