The following link will show you how to apply new firmware on these 2 cameras:

In this link you will find the steps of how to use the tool to upgrade the camera.
Notice that the camera system service needs to be enable before applying the firmware.
Login to the camera and go to device configuration>stem service.
This firmware will ONLY applied to these 2 models: ELI-SIP-EMVD-21-4R & ELI-SIP-EB21-4R
