Hi, I wonder if a cctv IP camera housing with optical fibre input or with integrated converter and if possible poe option exist or can be made and how. Thank you.

Optical Fiber is for data only. It cannot carry a voltage as it is light traveling through fiberglass.

You could go fiber to our POE-4G1G or POE or POE-8MB1G

you could go fiber to poe with localized power.  Bare in mind we do not sell the SFP that you would need for the fiber to connect to this switch, however there are many vendors available online.
