Just an FYI since I am the support guy. Analog camera connections are straight forward with little to no extra configuration needed. The IP side will require configuration before operation. In other words if you get IP cameras bench test them with DVR to check your settings before mounting permanently. If you need help feel free to call, chat, or post in the forums for help. Just one question, why is it that full phone or tablet software requires payment. Most DVR's provide them at no additional cost?

There is the link to the remote viewing software. Every version we have is there for download. You can install it now and try it out. Once the software has a DVR to talk to it will be a lot more interesting.
