I just want to use this forum to express my appreciation for the exceptional service I received today from Daniel the support tech who handled the camera issue I had. Daniel helped configure my IP camera and PSS software. He was very professional and I was very impressed by the way he kept me informed about each step he was taking. He also answered a few questions I had about other cameras I had previously installed. I have absolutely no reservations in recommending him for a raise [you can do it boss!] because it's workers like him that enhance the reputation of your company.  Again THANKS.  JS
