I recently installed a new DVR with HD-CVI cameras. I entered the OSD to fine tune the cameras during setup with no issue. The next evening, with the cameras in b/w mode, I attempted to open up the OSD but the menu would not display. I tried this on seven cameras but none would bring up the OSD menu. The next day, with the cameras in normal color mode, I was able to enter OSD menu and make changes.
For whatever reason these CVI cameras will not allow OSD menu during night time. Has anyone experienced this issue and/or know of a solution?

Please state your cameras model, I see two model cameras in your Account.
HDOB-AL2IRW and HDOB-TP2IRVW and a Recorder TRIDVR-EL8ME4. You can also open a chat session here to receive Remote Support. You will need a Computer with internet access and the computer be on the same network as the recorder.
